Refunds and Returns

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.  If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.  A 25% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.  Note: While we take the utmost care in packaging items for shipment, minor scrapes and/or scratches may occur during shipping and would  qualify for return.

To complete a return, we require a copy of your original receipt or other proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are damaged or defective. To request an exchange for the same item, email paceoffroad@gmail.com and we will send you further instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.)

Refunds/Exchanges are only processed after inspection by our staff.  If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method, minus the shipping charges.  This may take one or two billing cycles to show on your account depending on financial institution and when the credit was issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.
  4. If you still have not received your refund after 90 days, email us at paceoffroad@gmail.com.

Sale Items (non-refundable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

To return your product, mail it to Pace Offroad Motorsports, Attn: Returns Department, 149 Purple Finch Lane, Mooresville, NC 28117.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.  If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping charges will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
